J'ai voulu partager avec vous ce tuto dans lequel je montre comment j'ai fabriquer mon compressor à air pour mon petit Atelier, je l'ai realiser sur 3 semaine avec quelques contraintes au niveau plomberie, soudure et montage, pour résoudre quelques problème for vernissage and dépoussiérage.

This is our another project named Compressed Air Powered Generator, by using this project energy can be generated by compressed Air in the storage tank. In this project an AIR compressor is used to fill the tank up to 120 PSI, when the tank is filled with air, it is ready to operate the generator. For the generator we used a hydro generator which is mainly designed for electricity generator from water flow. Output rating of this generator is 12 volt, and it can give up to 10 Watt of power. So we can say it can generate enough power for mobile phone charging and basic lighting.

The main purpose of using this project is to remove the coal and non-renewable energy based electricity. This system can be used along with the Solar plant to store the power in compressed form compressed Air. By using this we can replace the Li Ion Batteries, because Li Ion Batteries are very harmful to nature. Although Compressed Air Based Electricity Generators are not very power efficient, this technology can be improved in the future. This technique is also used in places where the battery cannot be used due to safety reasons, so this technology is a great alternative.

Working Of The Project

In this project An AIR compressor is used to store the AIR into AIR Tank, up to 120 PSI and output pipe of compressor is connected to the Mini DC Hydro Generator. When high flow of AIR passes through this Hydro Generator it rotates the generator and generates the electricity. This generator can generate upto 12 volt and 10 watt power. This generated electricity is now fed into a Buck Convertor which converts 12 volts into lower voltage and a Mobile Phone charging circuit is used for mobile phone charging. A DC meter is also used for voltage current monitoring.
