It is possible to create a circuit like this using two water tanks in this way for a home and a factory.
There are two water tanks, the ground level tank as the sump tank and the elevated water distribution tank as the pump tank.
You can use auto / manual switch as per your requirement which is useful for emergencies.
If the motor is less than 2 Hose Power, a 30A Relay can be used instead of the contactor.
It is mandatory to have overload protection for the motor.
