ON VIDEO Three Phase Manual Transfer Switch Wiring Diagram

Wiring diagram of 3 phase counter

General instructions and installation procedure for meters:

Counters can only be used for fixed installation in closed, easily accessible rooms that do not contain aggressive gases and fumes.

Install the meters on walls or panels that are not subject to vibration. The recommended height from the ground is 1.4 - 1.7 meters.

In rooms where pollution and mechanical damage are possible, meters are installed in safety cabinets.

Mount the counter with three screws (the deviation from the vertical position is not more than 1 degree).

Include the necessary counters in strict accordance with the nominal data and the marking of the windings available both on the terminal board, and the circuit located inside the cap of the terminal board, as well as in compliance with the given phase sequence (the counter wiring diagram is shown below).

During installation, it is especially important to ensure a reliable connection of wires and conductive contact between the parallel and parallel circuits of the meter (in the terminal box).

Installation, dismantling, repair, verification and marking of the meter should only be carried out by specially authorized organizations and persons.

For transformer meters in the extension panel attached to the front side of the meter cover of the terminal block, setting the operation counter is applied to the transformer coefficients of the current and (or) measured voltage of the transformer, complete with which the meter must operate, as well as applied to the coefficient K = Knapr * cage equal to The product of the coefficients of voltage and current transformers, which must be multiplied by the counting mechanism in order to get the real electricity that the counter calculates by ten. With only current transformers used, voltage factor Knapp = 1. Transactions and casing sealing shall be carried out by organizations and persons authorized to do so.

Reactive energy meters are manufactured with support. At the request of the customer with stops, active energy meters can be made. The presence of a stop-return stopper on the counter indicates the flap of the counter mechanism of the GOST 25372-95 familiarity standard.

Panel meter meter shows the nominal and maximum counter currents, for example: 10-40A, where 10A is the rated current, 40A is the maximum current current. Only the rated current is indicated by transformer meters.

The presence of readings on the counter mechanism at the time of purchase is the result of adjustment and verification of the counter at the factory, and not evidence of its operation.

Do not allow short circuits in the network, overloads in excess of 200% of the rated current on the transformer meters, and for direct current meters - current values above the maximum indicated on the nameplate. Violations lead to the appearance of an additional error, and important - to the failure of the counter.

It is forbidden to put foreign objects on the counter, hit and throw the counter.

When checking, installing and operating the meter, the requirements of the "Safety rules in the operation of electrical installations for consumers".
