I turn HDD computer into a 220 electric battery with high performance

This post explains how to convert a computer hard disk drive into a DIY inverter that can output 220V AC power. It provides step-by-step instructions on dismantling the HDD, wiring it to produce AC power, adding voltage regulation, and safety precautions. The post aims to demonstrate a fun electronics project for experienced makers to build an improved power backup from e-waste.

Hi guys, today I made a very special video with an old HDD. If you like this type of video, write to me in the comments what you would like to see as another alternative object. With this video, I close the ideas made with an old hard drive, at least for the moment

This week Western Digital has been showing off their new Ultra Slim 500GB single-platter HDD alongside their like of NAS friendly WD Red HDDs. The highlight of the booth however, is a completely scratch built model of an F-1 race car. The car is built entirely out of Western Digital HDD parts and features LED lighting, and a spinning motor.
