How to make a Powerful Inverter 12v DC to 220v AC using IRFP450, 50hz 60hz Inverter. ( how to make 12v dc to 220v ac mini inverter )


This is a 200-400W powerful inverter without ic. Plz, don't use it for Motors & use a large heat sink. The circuit diagram has in the video.


Components used in this project:


1. Irfp450n Mosfet x2

2. 100ohm resistors x2

3. 10K Resistor x2

4. 470 Ohm Resistor x2

5. 1uf Cap x2

6. 12 0 12v, 10A Transformer or UPS Transformer

In this video, we are going to show you making an inverter circuit. You can make this circuit at home easily. Using inverter you can operate your led light, charge your mobile, fan, lcd, led, etc.


To make this circuit, you might need some electronics component. Those component list have to been given below.


Component List:

1. Metal Transistor – 2N3055

2. Rectifier diode - 5399

3. Resistor - 4.7 K ohm

4. Capacitor – 4.7uf/50v

5. Transformer – 12:0:12

6. LED Bulb (Operated By AC 85-265 volt)

7. Power Source – DC 12v

8. Holder

9.Heat sink

10. Soldering Iron
