how to make a peltier air conditioner module, homemade ac

how to make a peltier air conditioner module, homemade ac

Make a cooler/generator with a thermoelectric device, a homemade AC air cooler! DIY Air Cooler! (compact!) - No added humidity! - Easy DIY - Air conditioner, how to make a peltier air conditioner module, home ac, PELTIER TEC1-12706 How to assemble a mini fridge produces ice flowers

In this video, we learn how to make an air conditioner with a roll of absorbent paper. This solution as we can see is effective and very economical unlike real air conditioning which consumes energy.

How the Peltier module works and how to connect it.

Peltier Effect Cooling - Experiments with a Peltier Cooler Device.

A Peltier module is therefore an assembly of lots of pieces of P and N semiconductor. Electrically, these semiconductor elements are placed in series. Thermally, they are placed in parallel.

The geometric arrangement is that all PN junctions are on one side and all NP junctions are on the other.

When a current flows through the module, the holes in the P are pulled towards the − terminal and the electrons in the N are pushed towards the + terminal. So they both leave a junction and head towards the other side of the module.

Arriving on the other side, the hole recombines with an electron and the electron with another hole. These recombinations are exothermic: they release heat.

On the other side (the cold), the applied voltage will force certain electrons to come out of their hole: we then obtain a free electron and a hole (which will then migrate, etc.). This creation of electron-hole pairs is endothermic: it requires heat, which it will draw from the module and will therefore cool it.
