Battery Level Indicator Project | DIY Veroboard Project

Battery Level Indicator Project | DIY Veroboard Project

In this video I am going to build a battery level indicator project. This project will be assembled on the veroboard/strip board. This battery level indicator circuit is ideal for various batteries ranging from 6 volts to 24 volts. I will be utilizing the readily available and cost-effective components including LM324 IC in this project.

Universal Battery Level Indicator: Customizable for 6V, 9V, 12V, and 24V

This universal design accommodates 6V, 9V, 12V, and 24V batteries. Simply adjust the voltage settings using the four variable resistors in the circuit for each battery type.

Hello friends, welcome to my instructable. This instructable was made because of the reason that sometimes the water tank is empty and that time the light goes off, then there is a big problem of use of water.so, I had made this technology that you can easily use to visualize your tank level which you can use to on/off the water pump at a time.

If you don't want to read the whole instructable.then, simply watch the video till the end and easily learn everything step by step.

> BC547 Transistor - 5 Pieces.

> 100 Ohm Resistor - 10 Pieces.

> Red LED - 2Pieces.

> Green LED - 3 pieces.

> 9v Battery - 1 Piece.

> 9v Battery Cap - 1 Piece.

> Rainbow Cable - 1m.

> Project Circuit Board (PCB).

> Small Switch - 1piece.

You can easily get these things from your local electronics store. Now, after getting things let's start making the water level indicator.....

Just Connect all the needed components according to circuit diagram and make the water level indicator easily. If you want to download the circuit diagram then download it from the given link -Circuit Diagram

The circuit works as that like the first LED positive lead is connected to battery positive and for glowing it the negative lead of LED needs to be connected to battery negative pole. so the negative lead of led is connected to collector(load) of BC547 and the emitter pin of BC547 is connected to negative and we know that when we want to trigger the transistor then we had to apply a small voltage at the transistor base pin so When the sensor probe is in water then a small voltage gets on the base pin and it switches the transistor. As a result the negative lead of LED gets connected to battery negative via emitter pin and LED glows.and hence, the whole circuit works.
