One of the possible uses of the vacuum pump is to hold parts with a flat face without having clamps which protrude and can interfere when sanding or using a router (to make chamfers on the periphery for example)

Made with:

- a fridge compressor,

- a fire extinguisher for the vacuum reserve (to avoid constant switching on of the compressor),

- a vacuum gauge (measures the pressure in the circuit)

- a vacuum switch (cuts off the compressor when the desired pressure is reached),

The small size of the fire extinguisher allows me to take the machine to construction sites, but I also have a vacuum reserve in the workshop made with a 100l cumulus recovered from the recycling center.
