 How to Wire a Headlight Relay for Sealed Beam Round & Rectangle Lights with/ Floor Dimmer Switch.

This video shows how to wire a headlight relay for a pair of Round or Rectangle sealed beam headlights with a floor mounted high beam dimmer switch. I use a modern 5 pin bosch style relay and switch instead of a giant old school style headlight switch.

During the harsh winter months in Canada we decided to take the Willys apart, fix a few parts, and get it back on the road. Then repeat this the next winter. During the winter of 2021 we rebuilt the brakes and basic engine upgrades (spark plugs, water pump, distributor, ignition coil, etc.). This winter of 2022 we are tackling to replace the transmission and transfercase but finding lots of other problems deep within the engine.
