Difference Between On Delay Timer and Off Delay

Difference Between On Delay Timer and Off Delay

How does an on-delay timer work?

With ON-delay operation, the Timer receives input and then an output signal is output by switching the Timer contacts after a set time delay. This name is used because there is a delay between when the input signal is received and when the output signal is output.

Difference between on delay timer and off delay timer?

In On Delay Timer -After The Input Is Turned On There Is A Delay Before The Output Is Turned On. In Off Delay Timer —After The Input Is Turned Off There Is A Delay Before The Output Is Turned Off.

True Delay Off – This timer utilizes storage capacitors internally which retain their charge when the power is removed to the timer. This is sufficient to allow timing periods of up to 10 minutes to be achieved. Operation is straight forward in that power is applied to the timer and the internal relay energizes
