DIY voltage regulator | voltage controller kaise banaye| how to make voltage controller

DIY voltage regulator | voltage controller kaise banaye| how to make voltage controller

1. You can adjust the Output voltage from 1.5 volt to 35 volt provided the input voltage is greater then output voltage by at least 2 to 3 volt

2. In the circuit the purpose of the Diode is to protect from short circuits.

a) Diode D1 protects from internal short circuits &

b) Diode D2 protects from external short circuits

The Circuit diagram for the voltage regulator is shown in the first image. Construct the circuit according to the circuit diagram.

Note: Don't Forget to connect an Heat Sink to the IC

To adjust the Output voltage fuse the trimmer pot. The Voltage can be adjusted from 1.5 volt to 35 vol & also note the input voltage should always be greater then the output voltage. In the circuit we have used two Diodes. The purpose of the diode is to protect from short circuits.

a) Diode D1 protects from internal short circuits &

b) Diode D2 protects from external short circuits

To watch the working of this circuit you can watch the video posted in the first step
