on video Zone Valve Wiring For Beginners (Honeywell demonstration)

Zone Valve Wiring For Beginners (Honeywell demonstration)

Working model of zone valve wiring with motor and end switch internals close up in operation. 4-wire zone valve. How it works and how it is wired into a low voltage boiler system. Full boiler low voltage covered (for beginners).

Clear explanation and diagram overview on how a 4-wire zone valve works and how it is wired into a boiler low voltage system.

How do you wire a zone valve? What is a zone valve? During this zone valve wiring for beginners video, I simplify the confusing and overwhelming task of wiring for diagnosing defective zone valve wires.

In this HVACR Training Video, I Show the Wiring, Operation, Troubleshooting, and Dismantling of Honeywell 4 Wire and 5 Wire Zone Valve. I show how each part works and I power the valve to show how the end switch closes. I use the multimeter to check continuity of the end switch, input voltage, and resistance of the non-powered motor.

Supervision is needed by a licensed HVACR Tech while doing this as Experience and Apprenticeship garners Wisdom and Safety.
