Components Required

1. IRF540N Mosfet

2. 10K ohm resistor

3. 10K Potentiometer

4. 12V DC Female Socket

5. 12V Motor

With 3X IRF3205 maximum current is 40A at 24VDC.The PWM waveform of this circuit is very clear, YOU CAN SEE WHEN I CHECK ON OSCILLOSCOPE. The frequency can be adjusted by VR, it will make the speed control of the motor smoothly, reduce noise
