on video Proximity Sensor and Relay Connection || MY2N Relay Connection With Sensor

Proximity Sensor and Relay Connection || MY2N Relay Connection With Sensor

Sanitation circuit using PNP/NPN photo sensor with relay and motor pump has been explained. The wiring of sensor can be easily done with OMRON(MY2N) relay and hand sanitizer dispenser. This type of wiring is used in sanitation machine and Hand Sanitizer Dispenser. You can download the circuit diagram using the links given below:

In this video, we are going to learn how to do connection of Relay, Sensor, and SMPS

The SMPS is used to Provide DC power supply to a DC Relay and Proximity Sensor.

The sensor we will turn ON & OFF the Relay and with the relay, AC Load (Lamp) will Turn ON & OFF.

PNP-NO Sensor can be converted in PNP-NC Proximity sensor by using OMRON MY2N Relay. NO NC is the operation method in proximity sensor wiring/connection, Use an Electromechanical relay to convert PNP-NO to PNP-NC or NPN-NO to NPN NC. This method is useful in capacitive sensor, inductive sensor and photoelectric sensor.NO NC kya hota hai?

Please follow steps to connect NO-type sensor to NC-type Sensor

What is NO contact?

A NO contact or a normally open contact is the one that remains open until a certain condition is satisfied. For example, let us consider a limit switch. A limit switch consists of at least one NO contact in it. The NO contact in the limit switch remains open until its actuator is pressed. When the actuator is pressed the contact closes and starts conducting. In the case of proximity switches, NO contacts remain open until it senses some object similarly in the case of pressure switches, the contact remains open until the preset pressure level is reached.

What is NC contact?

A NC contact or normally closed contact is the exact opposite of NO contact by function. It remains closed until a certain condition is satisfied. Let us discuss the operation of the limit switch in this case. The NC contact of a limit switch, when used in a circuit breaks the circuit or current flow when its actuator is pressed. Likewise, the contacts of a relay remain closed unless its coil is excited.
