12V 200A DC from 220v // Powerful Battery Charger 12V, How to Make 12v Battery Charger

I will be using a 12v 2 amp transformer and fan speed controller to create a variable output voltage power supply to run the DC motor and charge my 12v batteries.

Capacitors are optional but using them makes the output continuous line smooth.

, I will be using a transformer similar to a 220V to 12V computer power supply transformer to make a 100Ah battery charger by fitting it into my old PWM solar charge controller box.

This method involves connecting a DC converter with the laptop charger for a constant 13.8v output. The charger I made in this video is capable of charging 12v 150 Ah batteries up to a maximum of 13.8 volts DC without any problems. Although you can also use it as a 12 volt power supply to run your DC motors or other 12 volt light bulbs and appliances.

This video shows how to make a Strong 12V DC battery charger using 3A transformer, furnace 1n4007 diode, an LED, a 4.7k resistor. In this tutorial, a complete AC bridge was originally used for the DC converter rectifier circuit. Make this charger today and enjoy.

that is big,but in this video I show 12v system that give 4Amps but can handle 50Amps max with proper cooling heatsink for bridge rectifier.
