The action started on Avenida Hortênsias, in Bandeirantes, and will serve all regions of the municipality.

The replacement of light bulbs is the result of an agreement signed between the Municipal Administration and the State Government, in the amount of R$ 8.4 million, which guarantees approximately 14,000 new light points for the city.

The Secretariat's proposal is to carry out the substitutions simultaneously in all 4 sectors of Lucas do Rio Verde.

The benefits are great, from improved road clarity, public safety, citizen comfort and the savings that will be generated", highlights the Secretary of Infrastructure and Works, eng. Alexandre Orbolato.

Replacement services will be carried out by companies contracted by the City Hall, through a bidding process, to improve lighting, which will continue with the demands for changing burned-out light bulbs as usual.
