on video How to fly and intercept VOR radials

I explain how to fly and intercept any radial. I do not get in-depth on how VOR's work, instead I wanted to show you a quick and easy way to set-up your NAV radio and intercept a radial signed by your instructor or examiner.

on VORs, I teach how to intercept and track a VOR radial. Say you are on a cross-country flight and your planned route needs to change due to weather, fuel, or a variety of other reasons... so you decide to use a VOR radial to get you on to your alternate destination. But you currently are NOT on this VOR radial, so what is the easiest, most efficient way to get on that and then track the VOR radial with the needle center to your destination? This video explains just how to do that! But in order to do that, we FIRST need to understand how to read the TO/FROM indications and the course deviation needle. Once we understand these we can read our VOR and track to the radial.
We are trying to tackle the problem of flight training expenses head on. We do this by educating students on how to save money, how to plan financially, where to get the best training, scholarships, and more to come. You can join our Facebook Group "Find Ways to Pay for Flight Training" here:
