We have make  3.7V Lithium ion auto cut-off  battery charger circuit without relay. we have used TS431TL that shut off current at output when crossing 4.2 volts.This circuit protect as battery over charging.

Components Required :

 IRF 3205

TL431

Resistor : 1 K , 5.6 K , 15 K ,220 R , 4.7 K (2)

Green led

Red led
