In this video i wll show you how to make automatic staircase lights, in this circuit we will use ic 555 in bistable mode, we will use IR sensor to trig the IC and in this way we will make one way passage lights, which will automatically ON when first sensor will observe proximity and the lights will continue ON till the second sensor will sense proximity.

this is very simple small and easy circuit which can be use in many ways, like automatic street lights for roads, tunnels, even bathrooms and staircases,
